TL-15 Treasury Safe Models and Specifications






Treasury Safes are specifically designed for the following applications: savings and loans, banks, casinos, jewelry stores or outlets, coin stores, etc. With extra-strength, six-sided protection, each ISM Treasury Safe is built to withstand the most concentrated attack by sophisticated burglars using mechnical or electrical tools. The models have a 2 hour, 350º factory fire rating. The safes were tested at temperatures up to 1850º for a period of 2 hours, with the interior temperature not exceeding 350º. Each model has a door barrier thickness of 5.5 inches. New dimensions allow the models to fit through narrow doorways and into tight spaces. Within a residential context, the safe is generally excessive.

Door

Full 5.5" thick. Constructed of outer and inner steel plates electrically welded together and enclosing a thick casting of CS-650 monolithic anti-penetration composite material.

Body

Completely tailored one-piece casting of advanced, 3" thick CS-650 monolithic anti-penetration composite material. Reinforcement of the high-density CS-650 with an anti-penetration alloy grid, steel profiles. Reinforcement of Boltwork area with special alloy insulation. Encasement of CS-650 monolith in electronically welded steel plates, making up total thickness of 3.45.

Locks

Two locks: a U.L. Group 2 combination lock and a maximum-security key lock (2 bit + 2 stems). Locking mechanism includes special material, which protects against sophisticated drilling from all direction.

Boltwork and Locking Mechanisms

Three-way active Boltwork, plus double-action locking mechanism. Bolt detent system that further secures entire Boltwork mechanism, protecting bolts when door is open (as an option). Glass plate protection on all locks and in all vital mechanism areas. So that, when door is attacked, glass will shatter, activating a double relocking mechanism and cross-locking the bolts.

Adjustable, removable shelves. Custom interior lockers (optional).
